Location, location, location! It's a GREAT location! No more than 3 minutes to the main shopping street. There's several places, a mall, many to choose from. Walking for food takes about another 3-5 minutes, depending how fast or slow you're walking. Very near to the iconic "Glica man." Great foods to buy. You can literally spend 2-3 days just within the area looking and trying all sorts of goodies. Provided cold/hot water dispenser, bread, and umbrellas. Staff was super friendly, especially Sakamoto. She gave us insights on where to go, places to eat, and where things are located. Subway was within minutes. Great value for your money. I've paid more for other accommodations but not even close to what this hotel had to offer with location, friendly staff, and the freebies.

Incredibly close to the local train station (literally on the same street as one of the exits). A 10 minute walk to Dotonburi. This hotel is right in the action, with nightclubs, bars and pubs lining the streets. Unlike in Tokyo, people walk where ever they want here as the area is made up of narrow one way streets. The hotel had good facilities and was clean. Expected that it would be small, but I appreciated that there was a separate vanity and mirror outside of the bathroom (i believe we paid for the deluxe rooom and it seemed worth it). We didnt have any breakfast there, but in hindsight this would have made things a bit easier given that most places dont open until late morning.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to Shinsaibashi-suji shopping district, down the way from americamura, and really close to Dotonburi, without being close enough to deal with overcrowding. Also very close to the Midosuji line, which connects to nearly every other important metro line in Osaka. The room is clean and fairly quiet. This Hotel is very much a "you get what you pay for" situation. It is not luxury, but you aren't paying for luxury. The bed is good, the rooms is reasonable size, the bathroom is good, the public bath is good. Check in and check out are easy. They also have accessible laundry. This was our second visit to this hotel and we enjoyed our stay again.

The beds were super comfortable and the blackout blinds were a godsend - the best night's sleep I had in Japan, both times I stayed. I stayed in both the deluxe and standard double rooms, and whilst somewhat small, I had no issues and just about had space for my large suitcase. The desk was also super comfortable for work and had built in international plugs which were really helpful. The staff were also super helpful and even stored my bags for a few days while I went to Kyoto until I came back. Overall, excellent value for money.

Fantastic location. Very near Shinsaibashi station so pulling your luggage along was easy. Few minutes walk to Dotonbori. Breakfast was a very good spread and value for money especially if you don't want to waste your time looking for breakfast outside in the morning. There's also free refreshments and baked bread at the lounge area from 12-10pm. Room was fairly spacious with 2 twin beds for 3-4 persons. Very spacious bathrooms too. Generous with amenities and basic skincare products from Pola provided.
